The manufacturing time of the order is normally 3 working days, but in times of high demand it can take up to 5 working days. In addition to this, on weekends, the transport company does not make pick-ups or deliveries, so if your order is ready, it would still be shipped the next business day.
After shipping, the delivery time will depend entirely on the shipping company. Below we detail the times for each of the delivery areas after the elaboration process.
- Peninsular Shipments (Spain and Portugal): Delivery in 24-72h.
- Balearic Islands: delivery in 48-72 hours, (only on request, not available from the store).
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery from 10 to 15 business days, (sea shipping, only on request, not available from the store).
- Europe: delivery from 3 to 7 business days.
These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances such as local or national holidays, or due to the volume of the requested order. In any of these cases, we will notify you by mail, to specify the date of delivery and/or preparation.
In the case of the Canary Islands, it is a maritime shipment and the delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. If this is your delivery address, you must remember that it is possible that when the order arrives, the IGIC Rates of 7% may be charged. We do not charge 21% VAT on orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. It is possible that when the order arrives, the IGIC Rates of 7% are charged in the Canary Islands.
