How do I buy a product?

You must place an order in our store .

  1. Enter the store section.
  2. Choose the product you want to buy.
  3. Add it to the cart.
  4. Enter your delivery information and make the payment.
  5. Ready!, you will receive an email with the purchase confirmation.

Note: being handmade products, they have a previous elaboration time of three days.

What payment method do you use?

Between Sheep and Me uses only one payment method: Stripe.

This payment method allows you to make deposits safely with your debit or credit card. The data you enter from your card is private and we do not save it, everything is processed in the Stripe system.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries:

How soon will my order be shipped after payment?

Most of our products are made by hand and individually. This manufacturing process begins at the time of confirmation of your order, which can take around 3 business days. After this period of time, the shipment is made.

Likewise, we will notify you by email when the order is ready and shipped.

How much are the shipping costs?

These depend on the weight of the package and the destination. The total cost of shipping is calculated for each order at check-out of the store.

What are the turnaround times?

The manufacturing time of the order is normally 3 working days, but in times of high demand it can take up to 5 working days. In addition to this, on weekends, the transport company does not make pick-ups or deliveries, so if your order is ready, it would still be shipped the next business day.

After shipping, the delivery time will depend entirely on the shipping company. Below we detail the times for each of the delivery areas after the elaboration process.

  • Peninsular Shipments (Spain and Portugal): Delivery in 24-72h.
  • Balearic Islands: delivery in 48-72 hours, (only on request, not available from the store).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery from 10 to 15 business days, (sea shipping, only on request, not available from the store).
  • Europe: delivery from 3 to 7 business days.

These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances such as local or national holidays, or due to the volume of the requested order. In any of these cases, we will notify you by mail, to specify the date of delivery and/or preparation.

In the case of the Canary Islands, it is a maritime shipment and the delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. If this is your delivery address, you must remember that it is possible that when the order arrives, the IGIC Rates of 7% may be charged. We do not charge 21% VAT on orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. It is possible that when the order arrives, the IGIC Rates of 7% are charged in the Canary Islands.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 calendar days to change and/or return your purchase. Contact us by email [email protected] to carry out the return process.

To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging, not worn or altered, and must have all original tags. Once the merchandise has been received in the store and its condition has been verified, we will make your change or refund the amount, as appropriate.

No refund is issued for shipping costs . Each return is treated on a case-by-case basis.

What should I do if I receive a different item than what I ordered?

You must first notify [email protected] via email that you have received the wrong product. For this, remember to support the information with photographs of the product requested and the one received. Then an advisor will explain the procedure to follow so that you make the return and receive the correct product.

Remember that the product must be in perfect condition to proceed with the exchange.

What is merino wool like?

Merino wool is sheep’s wool, which is characterized by being very warm, soft, silky and delicate. The sensation to the touch causes a feeling of comfort and warmth.

Our blankets are the perfect ally now in winter.

A curiosity: the wool has a natural smell that reminds us of the countryside, you can even find some remains of straw, which makes it unique and special.

What's your origin?

Our merino wool is 100% Spanish , from Extremaduran sheep from farms that respect their growth and living conditions.

What is the thickness of the merino wool that you use?

For our products we use different thicknesses, which vary according to colour:

  • White wool fineness: 22 – 23 microns.
  • Brown wool fineness: 24 – 26 microns.
  • Wick width: 7 – 8 centimeters.

Is merino wool an allergen?

Merino wool is known for its hypoallergenic properties , but if you feel early signs of allergy, contact your doctor right away.

How do I clean it?

Due to the type of material it is recommended to use only dry cleaning, with all our garments.

In the same way, we leave you some tips that could help you to take better care of your pieces:

  • Store it in a dry and cool place with some natural anti-moth. And if you can store it under vacuum, much better.
  • If balls form, pinch and pull in the direction of the yarn, this way you will not damage the fabric.
  • Clean stains immediately with cold water. Then place the area of the stain between two towels or cloths and gently squeeze. Then place it on a flat surface to let it breathe and that’s it!
  • If the piece takes on any odor, simply spread it out on a surface and let it air out for an hour or so.
